Honestly not too much to report today. I spent most of the day in bed with a migraine. I think I have picked up the flu that the kids have been sharing with each other which may have turned into a bit of a sinus infection.

That being said… I still stuck to my Shaklee today. This morning I started with a Cafe Late shake. By far the best tasting of the 3 shakes that I have. Sometime mid morning I had an apple.

Overall I was not hungry during the day, but I didn’t want to miss a meal so I gave the Blueberry Almond meal bar a try. Not bad. Not great. It tastes fine, but perhaps could use more flavor. It was also a bit dry, but honestly went a lot further than I thought it would.

I took one metabolism pill today, and skipped the rest. Mostly because I forgot about them. I also did my best to drink water all day.

I did notice that I am hugely bloated today. Like, I look like I am 4 or 5 months pregnant. I am not sure what that is about. It could be the milk. I don’t normally drink milk. But other than the looking pregnant and the horrible headache I feel fine.

I’m hoping to start running this coming week.

Tomorrow I will try my other meal bar. I am kind of looking forward to it. It is chocolate and peanut butter and sounds yuummy. Sounds like the perfect breakfast.
